Seven steps to solving a problem guide

Seven steps - front pageSeven Steps is from Advicenow's 'How to' section and looks at how to go about dealing with a problem, detailing the seven key steps you need to take in order to sort things out. Seven Steps isn't about a specific issue but the generic steps that have to be taken to deal with any law related issue. Finding out what the law says (step 2) is pivotal but the guide emphasises the other essential capabilities including decision making, good communication skills, keeping track, keeping calm, being persistent and knowing when you are out of your depth and need to get expert help.
